# Clicks

> Click-tracking with InZone Conversions

Clicks represent the number of times a user clicked on a campaign banner that is being displayed on a website.

When a user interacts with a banner by clicking on it, the click is recorded as a click conversion. These clicks are tracked to measure user engagement with the campaign and are a direct conversion metric, showing interest in the promoted content.

Clicks are a key metric for **performance** or **action-based** campaigns, such as promotions, seasonal sales, or events. The goal is to get users to interact with your ad and, ideally, take a subsequent action, such as making a purchase or filling out a form.
